Shipping charges

UK (excl Northern Ireland): £6  

Items are normally sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, though occasionally we will use express couriers such as FedEx, DHL etc. 

European Union and Northern Ireland: £18

Worldwide: £28

Please note, prices do increase if you are ordering multiple items as each item needs to be insured.  This is particularly the case in the EU where you will be paying VAT on each individual item.  

Dispatch times

Once we have received your order, we will fulfil your order in 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays).  This is subject to change if you have asked us to perform any work on your item such as ring re-sizing (this can add 3-5 days on average).  In the case of any additional time needed to effect your requested alterations, we will write to you at the email address you provided to inform you of the new timing.  We use Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, FedEx and DHL.  Please be aware that we are a small company and do not work on weekends or public holidays, your order will be processed on the following business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped. Orders for UK (excluding Northern Ireland) delivery will be dispatched using next day delivery. Orders to the EU, Northern Ireland and the rest of the world delivered within 2-9 working days as courier services vary from country to country.

Duties & Taxes

International delivery:  Please be aware that you may be liable to pay local tax/duty or handling fees on imported goods.  Our shipping prices at checkout do not include these additional charges.  Please refer to your country’s customs office or website for information on relevant rates.  Please note that these charges are your responsibility and we have no control over any delays or charges that may be incurred through international delivery.  You may wish to contact the relevant Customs authorities for clarification before placing an order. Customs normally contact you via the telephone number and email address you used to place your order, if necessary.

We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched.

All items in your order are fully insured and sent at the risk of Otto & the Wurst Ltd.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details via the email address you provided when you placed the order.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses.

We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
